The Freebird Shears Service Center can recondition any brand of shear. Our factory craftsmen have years of experience and will ensure a completely professional and satisfactory sharpening service for you.

Mailing Shears

Step 1: Enclose your scissors with your contact and shipping information in a padded envelope or box.
Step 2: Include a check or a money order for the correct amount according to the list below. Any packages without the full amount of payment will be subject to an $8.00 C.O.D charge.
Step 3: Send the package to the Service Center address below.

Standard All-In-One Service

Standard All-In-One repairs will be returned within 7-14 days of arrival via UPS to a business address and via USPS Priority Mail to a residential address.

Shipping & handling is included in the above price. If you would like UPS to a residential address please add $5.00

The Freebird Shears Service Center is the only authorized service center for Freebird Shears. Servicing your shears elsewhere will void the warranty, because we cannot guarantee the skill and performance outside our service facility.
