      Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty for all defects in materials and workmanship.

      We take pride in the quality of our products with your 100% satisfaction in mind. If for some reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
      1. What carrier do you ship with?
      We ship with either FedeX, USPS or DHL depending on customer preference.
      1. Do you have left-handed shears?
      Yes, we carry left handed shears in all sizes.
      1. Do you offer Payment Plans?
      Yes, we have our own 0% interest in-house payment plan. All you need to qualify is a Debit or a Credit Card.
      1. Do you offer sharpening services?
        Yes. It is important to only trust the Freebird Shears Authorized Service Center. You may find detailed information on how to avail of our sharpening services HERE. Please note that servicing your shears elsewhere will void the warranty.
        1. What kind of steel are your shears made of?
        We use a variety of the most popular high-quality cutlery steel blends, as well as proprietary steel blends to produce the highest quality Freebird Shears.

        Freebird Shears is located in Euless, Texas. All of our custom-made signature shears are custom designed and produced in Texas.
